Plan a module evaluation

Define a useful scope and measurable success criteria before a technical evaluation.

Start with the outcome

Describe the problem, the teams involved and the result you want to achieve. Identify the suite and candidate modules rather than assuming that every module is included.

Describe the environment

Share relevant versions, system types, approximate scale, deployment preference and integrations. Use synthetic or redacted examples for an initial discussion. Do not send production credentials.

Agree what will be demonstrated

Define the supported use cases, test data, success criteria, responsibilities and exit decision. Confirm module availability, prerequisites, any temporary licence, evaluation duration and delivery before beginning.

Record the commercial scope

Confirm module identifiers, usage measures, term, environments, support and any implementation work in the quotation or agreement. A portfolio page is not a substitute for that specification.
